GTM Systems
The operator’s guide to building pipeline that runs without you

The system, not the founder
Most B2B SaaS companies don’t have a growth problem — they have a dependency problem. Pipeline shows up because the founder shows up: the right intro, the right call, the right follow-up. That works until it doesn’t. The goal of a GTM system is to move that judgment out of one person’s head and into a process that runs whether or not you’re in the room.
A real system has three parts: inputs (who you target and what you say), an engine (the motions that turn attention into conversations), and a feedback loop (the metrics that tell you what to change). Skip any one of them and you’re back to founder-led growth with extra steps.
Start with the inputs
Before you scale outreach, get the inputs right. A sharp ICP, a positioning statement your buyer would actually nod at, and a short list of triggers that signal someone is ready to talk. Everything downstream compounds — or breaks — based on these.
Then build the engine
Layer your motions deliberately: outbound for control, content for trust, and a tight handoff to sales so nothing leaks. Instrument each step so you can see where conversations stall, then fix the step, not the symptom.
See where your pipeline is leaking.
This is exactly the kind of gap a free 45-minute GTM audit surfaces — and tells you what to fix first.
